- Go to website of which you want to create a shortcut.
- Drag icon beside url of website & drop it on desktop or any folder where you want to create a shortcut.
- Now shortcut has been created.
- Do right click on that shortcut.
- Select properties.
- Now go to ‘web documents’ tab.
- Click on ‘shortcut key’ field.
- Now press sequence of keys you want to set as shortcut key for that url. Eg. Ctrl+z etc.
- By doing this whenever you will press same sequence of keys, that website will open immediately.
For Internet Explorer users:-
- Click on blank spot on website.
- Do right click.
- Select create shortcut.
- Done.
